| QM Snowpatrol arrive at Sugarloaf |

Off to lessons... in the rain :-(
When I thought about a title for day 3 pure sugar was what I had in mind for the snow. How wrong could I be, we should have called it Wet and wild and a bit milky!
All the groups had new instructors, they were all super enthusiastic and did their best to motivate a tired set of students who were getting rained on. Group 4's instructors name is Sir Milky, he is full on about skiing and has really pushed the group to do new things from the terrain park to the bumps, Dom even fell doing them, and went on a detour to Moose alley mainly for kids, but Courteney (Jane) enjoyed looking for bears and more tree hugging.
Today was very challenging for all groups as the wind and rain persisted throughout the 2 lessons. We all got to our new ski lockers soaking wet. The lockers were a real challenge as they were high school lockers with a safe type lock. This really did cause a lot of problems. After a few tips we finally got our skis away so that we could get dried out for our first evening at the loaf.
Below is a selection of photos and video from the day:
Isabel wearing the Dude Hat with style
Mr Hinks' fall
Brad throwing his food on the floor
Splat hat went today to Mr. Hinks for his fall whilst skiing with group 1. As I said the snow was very challenging! It was most amusing though! When I turned around to look up, I saw a collection on mobile phones erect in the air. Just like Meerkats when they stand up on their hind legs.
Dude went to Ben for his never give up skiing even when his 'pants' came down exposing his angry bird underwear!
