Aldi Ski wear

A big thank you to every one who turned out to our trip information evening last week. In a little over 90 days your son or daughter will be skiing in  the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Please ensure that all the remaining paper work is in to your lead teacher asap. If you have not yet done the eTA with the Canadian government online service, then please do. If you send a copy of the electronic confirmation email into school that would be appreciated. Please do not pay any more than 7 CAN $ for this travel authorisation.

Ski clothing is starting to appear in all of the shops that offer discounted garments. Please note that Aldi will be stocking their range from Sunday 25th November. Stocks do not last long, so it is worth being there for the opening or going to their online sales and seeing what is available there. The past two seasons have seen the store split clothing. Sometime they have a release of clothes in November and January. Both dates should enable parents to get good value appropriate clothing.

Lat minute items can be found at Aldi!On Sunday 20th January Aldi launched their pro range. See the following link. Ski wear.

Canada 2019 - Marmot Basin

QM Snow Patrol head back to Canada

Check out On the snow for great advice and resort information

The QM Snow Patrol are pleased to announce that we are teaming up with Select School Skiing this year. They have put together an amazing package, which will see the group skiing for 5 hours a day for the 6 days they spend in resort. We will be staying at the Lobstick Lodge which is renowned for its hospitality and convenience to the slopes of Marmot Basin nestled in the heart of the Jasper National Park, Alberta.

Our resort is due to open on the 16th November and they have had good early snow; so by the time we arrive it will be simply be perfect. Please checkout the current conditions with the Web cam link on the blog.

We are holding our ski information evening on 8th November at QMHS. It will be in the Richardson Hall and starts at 6.45pm. We are pleased that Mark Scarrett will be joining us to share information about the company and the ski holiday to Marmot Basin. We will also introduce the team, go through the kit list for skiing, share expectations placed upon the students and answer any questions that parents and students may have.
