Snow Sports 2020

QM Snow Patrol Head back to Austria

Having taken sometime to get sufficient numbers our ski tour operator for 2020 has come up with a great 'last minute' ski deal. This deal should allow the Snow Patrollers to keep on skiing. This will be the 19th annual trip in the current format.

The Sport Amade is one of Austria's great ski areas with over 750km of skiing possible. We will be skiing in the area of Wagrain which gives us access to the FIS area of Flachau and the charming resort of St. Johann.

Students will ski or snowboard for 6 days and have 4 hours of instruction per day on a full board basis at the excellent Jugendhotel Saringgut. Our coach tour will leave school on Friday 14th February and return on Saturday 22nd February 2020.

Homebound 2

Flight AC850 was on time and we arrived to a busy foggy London Heathrow.

We are all loaded on to our Hills Coaches. We are coming straight back. We expect to be back at the high school for 2.15pm traffic depending. Please can we ask all parents to park down from the main gates on Upper Forster Street and to be on time please.

We are progressing nicely and are now moving on to the M42. 30 mins away. Traffic is flowing.

Homebound 2019

Well we have had  great day. A journey through the parkway ice fields a visit to Banff and the Mall. We are now going onto the plane. The flight AC 850 is on time.

Day 6 Bluebird and fancy dress

Here we go an epic day and epic bluebird conditions.

Following this all groups headed up the Eagle Express Chair for an Austrian ski school style line up. Thanks Ryan and tbe instructor team.

The QM Snow Patrol took the mountain by storm with of a 100 outfits warn and whizzing around the mountain. It was a great spectacle and the locals and instructors loved it.
